You can pay for your order with Visa, Mastercard or Mir Payment Card on the website of the hotel “Portofino”. After successful payment you will be sent an electronic check. The information on the check contains all the details of the paid transaction.

To pay for the order with a bank card when making the purchase in an online shop, choose the payment method: bank card.

When paying with a bank card payment is processed on the bank’s authorization page, where you need to enter your bank card data:

The procedure of return of the goods is regulated by article 26.1 of the Federal Law «On Protection of Consumer Rights».

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer and within seven days after the delivery;
  • The goods may be returned if their presentation, consumer characteristics and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase are preserved;
  • A consumer is not entitled to refuse a good of adequate quality that has individual and specific properties if the good in question can be used exclusively by a person who acquires it;
  • If the consumer refuses the goods, the seller must return the sum of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller’s costs of delivery from the consumer of the returned goods, no later than ten days from the date of submission of the relevant claim by the consumer.

The right of the consumer to terminate the service contract is regulated by Article 32 of the Federal Law «On Consumer Protection».
The consumer is entitled to terminate the service contract at any time by paying the contractor a part of the price in proportion to the part of the service rendered until notice of avoidance of the contract is given and by refunding the cost to the contractor, Services performed by him prior to that time for the purpose of performing the contract, if they are not included in that part of the price.

In the event that a service is found to be deficient, the consumer has the right to demand, at his or her choice:

  • Free treatment of deficiencies;
  • Appropriate price reduction
  • Reimbursement of the costs incurred by him to rectify the deficiencies by his own forces or by third parties;

The consumer is entitled to make claims relating to defects in the service provided that they are detected within the warranty period and, in the absence of such, within a reasonable period of time, within two years from the date of acceptance of the service;

The perpetrator shall be liable for defects in the service for which no guarantee period has been established if the consumer proves that they occurred prior to the acceptance of the service by him or for reasons that arose prior to that time.
